Giving back to make the world a better place is central to who I am. I am proud to be a public servant in the many areas that matter to me, to my family and to my community.
Councilmember, City of Agoura Hills
I’m honored to have been reelected to the Agoura Hills City Council through 2026. This year, I will serve on the following committees and boards:
Chair of the Board, Clean Power Alliance
Chair of the Board, Agoura Hills/Calabasas Community Center
Land Use/Economic Development
Communications
Finance
Wildlife Crossing Ad Hoc
Agoura Village Specific Plan Ad Hoc
Associate Director, Resource Conservation District of the Santa Monica Mountains
Since 2017, I’ve served as on the board of this public agency, whose mission is "to promote land stewardship and resource conservation through ecological research, conservation planning and design, habitat restoration and environmental education."
Homeless Shelter Site Manager, Conejo Valley Meal and Shelter Program
For nearly 20 years, I managed a weekly winter shelter and dinner program for the homeless and underserved population of the Conejo Valley, coordinating hundreds of volunteers each year and keeping the most vulnerable members of our community off the streets overnight.
Agoura Hills Community Service Days & Creek Cleanup
I was honored to be recruited to the original leadership team of Community Service Days, our city-wide program of civic engagement. It continues to take place every spring.
I am also a regular at our annual Creek Cleanup Day each fall!
Former President of Parent Faculty Clubs at Yerba Buena Elementary School, Lindero Canyon Middle School and Agoura High School
I served at the highest levels of parent leadership at my children’s schools, including district-level roles on the Superintendent’s Advisory Board. I'm the proud recipient of the 2017 Friend of Education Award from the Las Virgenes Educators Association.
Campaign Manager, “Citizens for Excellent Las Virgenes Schools” Measure E
I coordinated and managed a four-city, two-county parcel tax measure which secured more than $27 million worth of stable funding for our school district. Nearly 80% of the community voted in support of the successful measure.
National Park Service/National Wildlife Federation Wildlife Camera Volunteer
Three times per quarter, I hiked out with bait, stakes and camera equipment to maintain three wildlife cameras hidden in the Santa Monica Mountains Recreation Area. These pictures were uploaded and used for research as part of the nationwide Urban Wildlife Information Network project.
